Practical steps include parking in well-lit areas near other trucks, keeping your doors locked, using truck stop locator apps that include safety ratings, and trusting your instincts. What About Bathroom Facilities on the Road?
This is one of the most-asked questions, and it deserves a straight answer. Major truck stops like Pilot, Flying J, Love's, and TA/Petro have clean restrooms and private showers — many with dedicated women's facilities. Planning your route around reputable truck stops is something experienced drivers do as a matter of course.
