These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the National Standard Trucking School ("NSTS") website and enrollment in our CDL training programs. By accessing our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.

Enrollment & Admission

Enrollment in NSTS programs is subject to meeting eligibility requirements, including age, valid driver's license, DOT physical, and drug screening. NSTS reserves the right to deny or revoke enrollment at its discretion.

Tuition & Payments

• Tuition is due in full before the start of training unless a payment plan has been arranged.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit/debit card, and approved financing.
• Financial assistance through WorkSource or carrier partnerships may be available for eligible students.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the date of withdrawal relative to the program start date. Students who withdraw before the start of training may be eligible for a full or partial refund minus administrative fees. Once training has begun, refunds are prorated based on the percentage of the program completed. Please contact the office for full refund policy details.

Student Responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled classes and behind-the-wheel sessions
• Maintain satisfactory academic and driving performance
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations
• Pass required drug and alcohol screenings
• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect

Dismissal Policy

NSTS reserves the right to dismiss any student for unsafe behavior, violation of school policies, failure to meet attendance requirements, positive drug or alcohol test results, or conduct detrimental to the learning environment.

Limitation of Liability

NSTS provides CDL training and job placement assistance but does not guarantee employment, specific salary levels, or CDL exam pass rates. Training outcomes depend on individual student effort and performance. NSTS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
